Housing

Campus Housing

Campus housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register early, as residence hall space is limited. Housing must be booked five business days prior to the start of the conference.

Campus residence halls are available for double occupancy. Single occupancy rooms are available only for the Priests, Deacons, and Seminarians Conference. Each room has two single beds with towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows. Showers and restrooms are centrally located on each floor. Some rooms are not air-conditioned, so we recommend that you bring a fan. Each University residence hall has its own Eucharistic Chapel for private prayer. All campus buildings are designated as non-smoking.

All participants must check in at the St. Joseph Center. Residence hall assignments will be given at check-in. At this time, roommate arrangements can be made when possible, if you arrive with the person with whom you wish to room.

Registration and residence hall check-in begins on the opening day of the conference. Due to the heavy use of our campus housing, we cannot accept early arrivals. If you will be arriving later than 8 p.m., please call our office to arrange for late check-in. If you have not checked in by 8 p.m.on the opening day and have not made arrangements for late check-in, you will lose your housing reservation, and no refund will be given.

Residence hall checkout is by 8:00 a.m. on the closing day of a conference.
